Can I see the products in person ?

Yes.  We also have our original boutique where you are most welcome to drop by and peruse our products or to enjoy the exhibition on display.  If you have any questions about one of our products and would like more information, please don't hesitate to drop by and say hello.

Do you accept Credit Card payment ?

Yes we accept all major credit cards with payment via our secure liaison with Paypal.  This does not require joining Paypal, rather choosing simply to pay using your chosen card!

Do you accept other payment methods ?

Yes ! We accept money orders and Bank transfers, however delivery will be held until full payment has been cleared.

What taxes do I pay ?

All customers are required to pay taxes as required by their country of residence. 

How secure is your online shop ?

Saint Léna uses data encryption services to maintain the highest quality of privacy for our customers and their information.  All transactions take place using world respected Paypal secure payment services.  Absolutely no data is sold onto third parties from Saint Léna.

How do I place an order ?

Ordering online at Saint Léna is a breeze and 100% secure.  Simply browse the store for items under the menu store.  Select the items you desire by clicking on the add to cart button.  When you are finished shopping you can click on the Proceed to Checkout button, where you will be required for security reasons to either register your details (if you are a new user) or login (if you are a returning user).  You are also welcome to contact us via email or by phone.

Will I receive an order confirmation ?

Once your order has been processed, you will be delivered an Order Confirmation to the email address that you provided in the registration process.  If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of having placed your order please contact customer service here, including if possible your order number and a valid email address.

What is the Saint Léna return policy ?

Saint Léna allows for reimbursement for up to 7 days of receipt of the product. Passed this time Saint Léna allows returns for exchange within 14 days of receipt of the product under provision that the product is returned with its original packaging and is in perfect condition having been unused and unwashed.  No returns or refunds are offered on used items.  

Returned items must be sent at the expense of the sender to the following address:

What is the Saint Léna cancellation policy ?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must contact Saint Léna immediately.  We pride ourselves on our delivery service so we will endeavor to meet your request if the order has not been dispatched.
